Chad Krantz Joins ANPI as National Channel Director

Chad Krantz joins ANPI as national channel director where he will utilize his expertise in optimizing sales team development and assessing potential sales opportunities to effectively manage the company’s new channel program. Mr. Krantz will direct a national team of channel managers as ANPI endeavors to address the broader needs of the business marketplace, including communications, collaboration, connectivity, business continuity and security.

About the new addition to the leadership team, Don Kinison, ANPI’s vice president of business sales, shared, “It is my distinct pleasure to have Chad lead ANPI’s team of channel managers. His 18 years of industry experience selling and managing channel teams is not only a tremendous asset to ANPI, but it benefits our channel managers, their partners and ultimately their business customers. Having Chad’s leadership of the team affords ANPI the ability to immediately expand our channel team from a regional to a national footprint. His tenure and breadth of industry knowledge is a wonderful addition to the ANPI organization.”

 Throughout his accomplished sales management career Mr. Krantz has consistently exceeded sales goals and earlier positions include executive director of channel sales at Broadvox, director of sales for Carrier Services LLC and district sales director with NuVox Communications.

Mr. Krantz earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory and Henry College and holds an MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne College. Additionally Mr. Krantz holds current STCA, SSCA and SSMP certifications from The SIP School.

Condon Joins ANPI as West Regional Channel Manager

ANPI announces Suzanne Condon as west region channel manager. In this role Ms. Condon will build new business relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses through indirect partnerships.

Chad Krantz, national channel director for ANPI said, “I am confident in Suzanne’s ability to build long-lasting partnerships in the ANPI Premier Program. Suzanne brings a depth of knowledge that cannot be taught in books – it can only be earned by working closely with Partners and their customers building solutions that meet their needs. Suzanne brings her experience and skills to ANPI that aid in the channel program’s success.”

Ms. Condon added, “I’m excited to be a part of the new ANPI Business Solutions team! I am passionate about working with my existing partners, building relationships and developing new partners. I know the ANPI SIP Trunking solution will be very well received in the marketplace!”

Ms. Condon has successfully sold voice and data solutions for over 19 years. Prior to joining ANPI, Ms. Condon’s previous positions include director of channel sales at Broadvox, channel manager at CBeyond and account manager of indirect sales at Sprint-Nextel Communications.

Thomas Jeffries Joins ANPI as South Region Channel Manager

Thomas Jeffries joins ANPI as south region channel manager where he will apply his expertise of identifying and pursuing potential customers through indirect partnerships. Mr. Jeffries most recently held the position of director of channel sales for Broadvox, LLC. 

Chad Krantz, national channel director for ANPI, stated, “Tom is an accomplished executive with a proven ability to exceed annual revenue goals that support business strategies and financial objectives. His experience negotiating and structuring multimillion-dollar Carrier Agreements coupled with his ability to build highly-motivated and loyal teams is not only an asset for ANPI but also for his Partners.”

Mr. Jeffries added, “I feel privileged to join an organization that I can bring to my VARs, partners and the agent community. The quality of service and unique product offering ANPI is able to deliver are second to none.”

Mr. Jeffries’ experience consists of more than 20 years of proven success in business development and channel sales centered for Internet and communications products. Excelling throughout his career in providing technical solutions to drive revenue, his previous positions include director of agent sales at Intelliverse Communications and senior carrier sales manager at XO Communications. 

Mr. Jeffries earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and business management from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. 

Hendler Joins ANPI as Central Region Channel Manager

ANPI announces Stephen Hendler as central region channel manager. In this role Mr. Hendler will work to establish new business relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses through our indirect partnerships in the Central United States. As a channel manager, Mr. Hendler will be the first point-of-contact for prospective customers in this area. 

About the new addition to the business solutions division, Chad Krantz, ANPI’s national channel director, said, “I am excited about adding Stephen to the team of channel managers. He brings a demonstrated ability to manage a large team of Partners. I am confident in his expertise, and I look forward to hearing great things about the Channel Partners experience.”

Regarding his new position Mr. Hendler added, “ANPI’s highly-competitive product line is supported by a team of industry professionals, and this is a fabulous opportunity for the many Partners I have supported over the years. ANPI is setting a new standard for QoS for end-users enabling Partners to spend more time selling and less time running down provisioning and post-install issues.”

Mr. Hendler has over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry including XO Communications, MCI and Qwest Communications. At XO Communications Mr. Hendler managed a team of over 400 sub-agents for the largest U.S. telecom agent and has exhibited sales expertise throughout his career by consistently growing revenue.

Don KinisonDon Kinison joins ANPI as vice president of business sales where he will apply his expertise of optimizing sales channel distribution strategies, assessing opportunities, planning, deploying teams, creating compensation plans and analyzing performance leads for the Company’s Hosted  Communications, Long Distance and SIP Trunking product offering. 

About the new addition to the leadership team, Ronnie Bailey, ANPI’s senior vice president and general manager of business solutions, said, “As we started our initial planning to launch our business solutions division, we knew our sales team had to be led by someone with deep experience with the SMB space and they had to have a successful track record of building both direct and indirect sales teams. Don was a perfect fit for ANPI. Our game-changing approach to our business solutions product offering, coupled with Don’s ability to build a successful sales organization, helps ensure ANPI’s future success.”

Mr. Kinison added, “It is exciting to build a sales team from the ground up for ANPI. Mr. Kinison brings his track record of growth achieved throughout his fifteen years of professional management experience in the telecommunication and wireless industries where he has managed sales teams for various carriers including Cbeyond, Time Warner, CellularOne and Western Wireless. During his most recent experience of eight years with Cbeyond, he successfully developed numerous major markets including Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Houston and Chicago as well as responsible for the complete launch of the Miami sales branch in 2008.

Mr. Kinison earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
