Network Operations Center
In 2010, ANPI deployed a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) based in Frisco, Texas. This facility is equipped with the latest in network monitoring, trend analysis, troubleshooting and fraud detection/prevention equipment. The Frisco facility also houses a full network laboratory that contains duplicates of all deployed network equipment, as well as all of the tools necessary to quickly isolate problems in network and customer systems. The NOC facility is staffed 24×7 by highly skilled network and switching specialists, ensuring early detection and rapid response to problems.
