When ANPI began serving rural telecom providers in 1996, there was a united vision that leveraging the cumulative scale of customers would enable them to optimize margins while capitalizing opportunities in their markets. Since then ANPI’s explosive growth has been fueled by the organization’s ability to operationally execute to achieve that initial vision, and when necessary, evolve its portfolio of services while deepening product expertise. ANPI rapidly grew from the initial founding 11 companies to serving over 100 within the first few years. By structuring two operational groups, ANPI effectively addresses the distinct needs of all customers. The Carrier Solutions Division provides voice and data services to nearly 800 CLECs, ILECs, IXCs and regional wireless carriers. The Business Solutions Division provides IP communication and application services to meet the needs of thousands of business customers who demand reliable, secure and flexible solutions delivered with unmatched expertise and quality of service. ‘Collaborate.   • ANPI Nationwide Network Map ThumbnailHeadquartered in Springfield, Illinois, the company owns and operates a multi-service Internet Protocol/Multiprotocol Packet Label Switching (MPLS) over Optical Transport Network (OTN) network that spans the Continental United States with switching facilities in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta and New York City.
  • ANPI’s state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) is located in Dallas, Texas. This facility is equipped with the latest in network monitoring, trend analysis, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and fraud detection equipment. The NOC is staffed 24×7 by highly skilled network and switching technicians and engineers, ensuring early discovery and rapid response to issues, as well as proactive optimization of the network.
  • The Dallas, Texas office has expanded operational focus to support marketing, sales, operations and engineering support. Additionally, key executives responsible for these areas are now based out of the Dallas office.
  • The ANPI Innovation Center is in Santa Clara, California to support the development of Operational and Business Support systems to automate internal processes and interactions with suppliers and technology partners.
